Too many: There're too many conditions that can cause these symptoms to be able to differentiate from just a list. You should be physically examined, have your health history and medication history evaluated, you may need x-rays, you may need lab tests. See BOTH your General Physician and your General Dentist to begin the diagnostic process.

False positive test: "In some cases, a drug test may report the presence of illicit drugs, although none were taken. While this is not common, no test is 100% accurate. Lab errors account for some of the mistakes, but most false-positives may be attributed to over-the-counter drugs and foods that can affect the test" - Ibuprofen and hemp food products have been associated with false positive drug tests.

From what ?: Neither vitamins or ibuprofen will make you flunk a drug test. Chance ingestion of poppy seed muffins are a classic example where a common dietary item could trigger a false positive, this time to opiates (poppy) . You need to find out what agent caused you to fail and figure out how you might have been exposed.Just being in the same room with some weed smokers could make you flunk.

: It is unlikely that you will ingest too much vitamin B12 because excess amounts leave the body through urine. If your urine is bright yellow, it is most likely that you are taking in more B vitamins than you really need.  Expensive urine, but not dangerous.

Not likely: In normal doses b vitamins are a good idea.  Should not interact significantly with zoloft (sertraline).

For what condition?: Jamieson's b complex 100 mg is a timed-release product. B vitamins are also water-soluble, so that any excess your body does not need will be excreted.  Taking vitamin b6 (pyridoxine) at 1-6 grams (not milligrams as in this preparation) per day over many months can cause a sensory neuropathy.  For most people, the 50mg b complex would be enough -- if you have poor diet & stress, maybe need more.

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,  your blood level of B12 is not a cause for concern.

Time won't matter: The b. Complex vitamins are water solvable and easily absorbed. Taking them at a usual time everyday (breakfast, dinner, bedtime) becomes easiest way to remember to do it.
