Height limitations: At age 25, it's very likely that your bony growth plates have closed -- usually they do this by the end of your teen years.  Until then, these plates allow the ends of your long bones to lengthen -- adding to your height.  How tall you ultimately become depends largely on genetics, and nutrition while growth plates are open. What you eat now can keep your body healthy, but no additional height.

Depends: Were you diagnosed with a deficiency? Normal serum zinc is 0.66 to 1.10 mcg/m. With proper lab work your provider can give you the exact dose needed.  Zinc deficiency can cause a number of health issues so it is important you get the amount your body needs and for the proper length of time.  Dosing also takes into account any other medical conditions present.
