Pylori stomach infection, and start effective medications, including acid blockers. Plain water, nonfat milk, green tea, or simple soup broths may feel ok.

Wouldn't: I've never recommended any washing of the vagina internally. My professors a long time ago crudely mentioned its a self cleaning oven and needs no internal maintenance. Just feel free to clean the outer regions.

No: The lysine was ok, but works much better when swallowed.  The acid in the vinegar reacted with the baking soda, foaming up and releasing carbon dioxide.  Just stick with swallowing the lysine.
