Not likely: Gout is an inflammatory condition caused by uric acid crystals forming in joints and soft tissues. The treatment is to increase uric acid output in the urine with medications like Allopurinol and penicillamine. Acute flares are treated with anti-inflammatory meds like Indocin (indomethacin) and colchicine. See your doc for help with managing your gout with diet and medication.

Do not know: Apple cider vinegar have been link to many medical uses as well as baking soda, however I have not seen a randomized clinical study to recomend it for the gout treament.Remember that the main treament for gout is medicine provided by your pcp and other holistic medicines are only adjument to conventiomal therapy.
