Could be. : Could be related to the ovules you used. Could also be a yeast infection of the vulva precipitated by the antibiotics. An allergic reaction is also possible.

i touched urine but washed my hands with water and soap. i then fingered myself shortly, will i get a vaginal infection from the urine i touched earlier? (yeast, bacterial vaginosis, etc...)

Sterile: urine is usually sterile and there should not be any bacteria in it unless there is an infection. so u probably will not get a vaginal infection.

Not a problem: Human urine is sterile unless there is an infection present (usually causes symptoms). Hand washing with soap &amp; water removes urine from hands &amp; fingering will not cause bacterial vaginitis, yeast or other vaginal infection

Abnormal bacteria: Bv is a result of abnormal growth of a bacteria that is normally present in lower concentrations in the vagina. It is associated with increased sexual partners (but its not a std!), steroid use, etc. 
Painful red bumps can be many things. See your ob-gyn to get it evaluated.

No: PID is triggered by a set of germs best known as sexually transmitted diseases. Chlamydia &amp; gonorrhea are the most often identified, though a few others are seen but rare. The moist protein/glucose rich mucous of the female genital tract attracts many stray germs that trigger this localized process. It does not traverse the cervix into the uterus &amp; tubes to extend into the pelvis.

Multiple: Std's or sexually transmitted diseases, are diseases transmitted through sexual contact.  Examples are gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, hiv, hepatitis c, genital warts, and genital herpes.  Bacterial vaginosis is a condition  caused by an overabundance of anaerobic bacteria in the vagina.  Symptoms can include a watery, foul or fishy smelling discharge and/or vaginal irritation.

Check up: Bv usually needs to be treated by prescription antibiotics. If you have frequent recurrences, talk to your doctor about possible ways to balance your pH and keep the vaginal bacteria in better balance. Some people used over the counter products such as rephresh or luvena. Some physicians use vaginal suppositories containing boric acid, but these need to be made by a compounding pharmacist.
