Could be. : Could be related to the ovules you used. Could also be a yeast infection of the vulva precipitated by the antibiotics. An allergic reaction is also possible.

Urinary tract infect: It is not unheard of despite on antibiotics that you have aquired an infection of urinary tract. Most common symptoms burning, frequency urgency. Urine analysis should help.
