Bottom line: no one knows!

No: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not a blood thinner. Nsaids can affect platelets and increase bleeding times but tylenol (acetaminophen) does not . It is not a blood thinner.

Anticoagulation eye: Anticoagulation medications like Aspirin and coumadin, (warfarin) will not cause bleeding .  However, if bleeding is started for instance from trauma, blood dyscrasias, or blood vessel anomalies, then bleeding from these sources can be prolonged and exaggerated.  In most cases, the blood thinner should be stopped while the cause of bleeding is addressed.

What??: Under no circumstances can use of an acupressure mat cause seizure activity, unless you tripped on one and suffered head trauma.  Stop dancing around your problems, see a neurologist asap and get on antiepileptic meds.  Are you aware of sudep, a cause of death in your sleep if you have inadequately treated nocturnal seizures?
