i had sebborrheic dermatitis and it effected my upper back. the sores no longer bleed but look like scars. what can i do to get rid of them?  laser?

: Complete course of your antiviral, avoid popping any lesion for various reasons including chances of spreading it and also increasing inflammation and probable infection that may require more antimicrobial. : You might try some baking soda and warm salt water gargles.  Drink a lot of fluids, stay hydrated.  Get plenty of rest, and don’t smoke, if you do.  If you don’t gain any relief, seek medical attention.

Folliculitis: Most sores on the leg, especially the thighs, and the buttocks, are related to hair follicle infections.  Some of these may be infected with mrsa, ore more serious skin infection.  Have this checked by your doctor who can often treat this with an oral antibiotic.

Your description: Sounds like recurrent apthous stomatitis or a trauma ulcer. There is a relationship to immune system issues. These can be quite painful for a few days, then they hopefully resolve. Avoid acidic foods & toothpaste w sodium lauryl sulfate. Look for zilactin b at your pharmacy. If these lesions are not gone in 10-14 days let ur dentist evaluate the area.  There are prescriptions to help as well.

Probably ingrowns: In that location, ingrown hairs are very common.  Try benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid or glycolic acid to clear them up.  If that doesn't work, see a dermatologist.
