i woke up on august 14th with sudden onset full body tremors and weakness in the arms/legs. there is no shaking at rest. mri and cat of the brain came up clear, as did ekg and blood. the next step is spine mri. what could this be?

The list is endless: This could be so many things: seizure, migraine, cataplexy (related to narcolepsy) are just a few.  The next best step is to follow through with recommended testing.

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Possibly essential : Tremor, but other conditions, such as generalized anxiety, caffeine or stimulant medication, and hyperthyroidism can cause tremors. I recommend a thorough history and exam by you doctor.

Left chest pain: A musculoskeletal cause for the pain and among others such as pulmonary or vascular, will have to be ruled out as the small hiatal hernia and Gerd may not explain all your symptoms.

No: that is exactly you should stop doing. when u start monitoring ur vs all the time , it is sign of anxiety.

when i'm doing pushups my arms are being a litlle bit shaking should i rest longer ?maybe my heart have something to do with this ?

Longer rest periods: When your muscles get shaken doing an exercise it is usually due to fatigue of the muscle. It might help to rest a bit longer between sets when you are doing your push-ups, maybe two minutes or so between sets.

my hr resting is 132 feels like my heart is flip flop ing in my chest my h ands shaking i take 5mg atanol  for high bp never had problems wiith tachyc?

Be seen now: Hi, 132 is high for a resting heart-rate and if it feels as though it is flip-flopping, you need to be seen immediately.
It could be an abnormal rhythm. Best to be safe when dealing with heart symptoms.

Confirm diagnosis: If alzheimer's, could be experiencing agitation, and perhaps akathisia reaction from medications.  But the shaking, and some of the additional issues raise questions of a diffuse lewy body dementia.  Also, a stroke may have provide added decompensation.  Meds are best decided once confirmation achieved.
