Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Ice/Heat/Rest/Exer: I usually recommend buying some "biofreeze".  A great counter irritant.  I heard you can get it at walmart, but almost all chiropractors sell it.  Make an ice cup by freezing water in styrofoam cup.  Put on biofreeze.  Ask someone to massage in circular motion until uncomfortably cold, then mosit heat.  Google mckenzie back exercises.  Common and easy.  Rj.

Back pain: Often improves from changes in lifestyle, including dosed exercising and flexibility stretches as well as walking. A sedentary lifestyle usually leads to worsening back pain, while core strenthening and healthy eating-and-drinking habbits are good for your back too! try joining a gym and find pilates- or yoga classes to go to; even 2x1hr a week will do wonders!

Yes: You did not say how old you were when you had a menstrual period for the first time. It is possible that you have PCOS. You need to see your doctor who will order an ultra sound scan of the lower abdomen and pelvis to rule out PCOS

When you see your cardiologist next have him give you a list of medications that are contraindicated  with your heart condition

Gastroenterologist: If these are chronic symptoms you may have lactose or gluten intolerance. I recommend that you consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation. Appropriate  tests will be ordered. Taking simethicone after meals reduces gas buildup.

Lab results : For the ALT is a liver enzyme and is elevated. The AST,another liver enzyme test , is in the normal range however. The remainder of the lab results noted are unremarkable. Medications can cause elevation of liver function tests. A thorough history and physical examination by your doctor would be advised in looking at all of your lab results in light of the medicines that you take.
