Ice/Heat/Rest/Exer: I usually recommend buying some "biofreeze". A great counter irritant. I heard you can get it at walmart, but almost all chiropractors sell it. Make an ice cup by freezing water in styrofoam cup. Put on biofreeze. Ask someone to massage in circular motion until uncomfortably cold, then mosit heat. Google mckenzie back exercises. Common and easy. Rj.
