how do you confirm upper crossed syndrome? my main symptoms are upper back pain, gerd/digestion issues, fatigue, unable to deep breathe, and headache.

See specialist: Upper crossed syndrome involves the muscles of your upper torso.  Gerd and indigestion are unrelated symptoms and should be evaluated by a gastroenteroligist.  Your primary care physician can arrange a referral for evaluation of your musculoskeletal problem.

Hmmmm....: Sounds like you have several diagnoses. These do not sound related. There may be some relation between the GERD and the IBS-C.  fatigue / poor sleep and palpitations may be related through a common anxiety.

what can be causing my upper back pain? i have gerd and my gma had pancreatic cancer. seems like right behind my heart. sharp pain, severe at times. also having left side pain and throat feeling full and scratchy not like a sore throat. gerd 15+ yrs

Many possibilities: Esophageal pathology, specifically in the context of 15 years of treated GERD and along with the described throat symptoms comes first to mind on location, but gastric, pancreatic, musculoskeletal pathology will have to be ruled in or ruled out. Seeing your gastroenterologist, hopefully you have one, would be recommended as the next step.

Follow closely...: Abnormal CBC results need to be followed up closely.  Many times the abnormality is transient, a virus or infection affects it, which the body will bounce back and recover from.  However, if this becomes persistently low,  it will be important to find out what is causing it.  It may be as simple as a medication or supplement you are taking, or require more testing to discover the cause.

See internist: This problem is so complex that I would urge you to see an internal medicine doctor ASAP. Gluten-intolerance is one condition you will need to rule out but there are also issues which cannot be explained by gluten intolerance alone. I presume you have significant anemia as well. Please keep us update on the findings since getting feedback helps us to do a better job in the future.

No: This is not typical for GERD even though you may have aspiration of stomach content leading to your symptoms.  Consult your doctor to make sure that something else may be causing your symptoms.
