Bladder infection: Most likely would be a bladder infection. Time to see someone to get a urinalysis to confirm -- and a course of antibiotics.

Kidney: You probably have a bladder or kidney infection. Get it treated. Kidney infection is insidious and hard to dx. Don't mess with this get urine sample tested. In meantime take 1000-2000 mg vit c. Cranberry juice only has 50mg. The vit c is toxic to e. Coli.

See answer: Unable to make a diagnosis on basis of only your symptoms.  Certainly a UTI would be definite possibility. Typical UTI symptoms: urinary urgency, frequency, voiding small amounts, burning with urination and bladder pressure lower abdomen. If UTI extends into kidney: sicker, fever, chills, flank/abdominal pain. Also, number of GI or gyne problems can cause abdominal discomfort.  Need further eval.

Check for pregnancy : If you are still getting your periods, this may be premenstrual symptoms, but given your age and symptoms you describe you should get a pregnancy test. If you're not pregnant, consider checking for a urine infection. Back pain may be due to musculoskeletal strains too from lifting heavy items, trauma, sleep disturbances, etc..
