Maybe: How did an air bubble get in your back?  Whatever would put the bubble in their could possibly cause pain.  See your doctor if it's very painful for a proper medical evaluation.

Cause of pain: the solution to this problem depends solely on the cause.    Gas can cause intense pain, and is indeed "air", but some abdominal organs will radiate pain to the back or the shoulder when they are infected.  Good idea to see a doctor, who may order labs or imaging in addition to getting a really thorough history and physical exam.

i get my boyfriend to pop my back almost every week because my back pain never goes away. but now i can't get this air bubble in my left shoulder. what should i do?

Not sure what u mean: About an air bubble in your shoulder, however, for back pain you should see a physical therapist.  Some people find that acupuncture works as well.  I would not have your bf "pop" your back for you as this may do more damage then good.

Cyst?: It's hard to say what this bubble could be without a more specific description.  My best guess is that you are referring to a kidney cyst, which are common.  You would have to provide more information for anyone to help you better interpret this finding.

Not an emergency.: There are multiple etiologies to "bubbles in the toilet", the first thing that comes to mind is protein in your urine.  This is not an emergency, but it does need to be worked up, because this is not normal and can be a finding in the beginning of kidney disease.

Gas or kidney stone: If your pain relieves in passing gas then it is likely gas pain. If the pain is constant or comes in waves it could be a kidney stone. The other possibility is ovarian cause of pain. You should be evaluated by your primary care physician.

The back pain could arise from your kidneys, rib cage, spine or hip and pelvic joints. It could be due to inflammation from an old injury, arthritis or disc pain, hip bursitis, kidney stones - the possibilities are endless. You need to see your doctor

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
