A recent mri has showed a bubble in my urinary tract, should i be worried? i suffer wit severe back pain and pain in left side of my 'area'

Cyst?: It's hard to say what this bubble could be without a more specific description. My best guess is that you are referring to a kidney cyst, which are common. You would have to provide more information for anyone to help you better interpret this finding.
