morning i woke up yesterday with lower left back pain no burning urine but i have been weeing a lot i got some urizone and took it yesterday afternoon but the back pain is really bad and struggling to get out of bed?

Let your doc know: A kidney stone appears likely among other possibilities for your symptoms. Your primary care doc will have the best view on your symptoms by having a clear understanding of your current and past medical conditions, treatment, current and past, etc. Proper hydration should help regardless. If not established with a doc, an urgent care facility should be next.

what could it mean when i wipe bright red blood after i urinate. and after every time i push urine out. i don't have any burning or pain when i per but i have had a lot of achiness in my lower back today to where it was hard to stand up or walk.

See your md: many different possibilities.  You could have a small growth at the urethra that bleeds when disturbed.  you could have bleeding from your cervix.  best to see your family doc or gyne.  they can take a look to see if anything is abnormal

"Urine" need of MD: "Urine" need of a Urology MD who can diagnose your medical problem and treat it appropriately. It may be a urinary tract infection,, prostate gland, stone, or kidney problem. A Cystoscopy may be needed as well. Good Luck!

Could be sciatica or: your sacroiliac joint? Or your piriformis muscle spasm. You need to see a doctor to get a physical exam to get the exact diagnosis, so you can get out of pain and find relief! Locate an osteopathic doctor (DO), who specializes in NMM (neuromusculoskeletal medicine), and have this evaluated thoroughly. Many great DO's in Columbus at the university.

Back pain : See a doctor soon. This can be a bladder issue, kidney stone, kidney dysfunction, or an infection.  You can not treat this at home.

Dysuria in male: Seek medical attention within 24 hours.  Could be UTI ( urinary tract infection), kidney infection or stones or urethritis/prostatitis.  Seek medical attention at doctor/urgent care /ER as may need antibiotics and could be serious if  it is  infection and is not treated.

Burning urine: You should be checked for infection.  Also possible you a have stricture (scar tissue) from the surgery that needs to be treated.

: Since I don’t see that many Pakistani individuals, I can’t say for certain.  Have you always had this problem, or is this a recent occurrence.  I certainly think your concern is possible.  You might want to see a Urologist, and express your concerns.

More sensitive test.: A urine culture is a much more sensitive test for bacterial infection in the urine. Tests in the clinic like a urine dipstick analysis look for indirect signs of infection (i.e. Nitrites and leukocyte esterase), but may miss a uti. In addition, a culture test will reveal which antibiotic is best to treat the infection if one is detected.
