High TG: I know the labs have their ranges of normal and triglyceride levels can fluctuate a lot and exceed the lab’s normal. The panic number for triglycerides is usually 500 when it can irritate your pancreas which is not good. A very close look at your fat intake, reduce fried, high fat beef/pork and dairy and then recheck a fasting TG will usually bring it down. If not, you’ll need to visit with PCP.

Regular exercise,: eliminate refined sugars and refined carbohydrates, eat a vegan, vegetarian or paleo diet. Lean animal protein if desired such as skinless chicken, fish... most people fail to realize that they can get all of the protein required from vegetables and legumes. Supplement with a high quality vitamin supplement to assure adequate intake of B12 and D3.

i have had a wbc done recently and it came back with a number 17 i have been sick for almost. 5 months with all kinds of abts of none helped?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be additional tests. You may wish to consult an infectious disease specialist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

pre catheter, took 16 units of insulin before bed to control the morning number under 6. now with a catheter (all types) need to take 20 units to try and get a good morning number . what if anything should i do to get back to 16 units?

Discuss with Dr.: You need to contact the person that ordered the test to  get clarification.  When a lab result is just a number it  is relative to a certain lab's protocols. Usually, the result will have a "normal" range after the number and if you are in that range you are fine.  If not in the range then you need the person that  ordered the test to interpret what that 2.63 means for you.

Rule out infection: Impetigo may be one cause, eczema and ring worm are other causes to consider. Please see your pediatrician or upload a photo during a virtual consultation. Monitor temperature, provide fluids, and apply a thin layer of antibacterial ointment twice daily to the areas until evaluated. Watch the scalp with a gentle antibacterial soap, avoid harsh chemicals.
