No, not quite...: 32 weeks doesn't equal 8 months.  Otherwise, 48 weeks would be 12 months, and we know that 12 months = 1 year = 52 weeks.  During pregnancy, 32 weeks is about 7 and a half months.

Also the runner's world book of half and full marathon training is good. 32 weeks is tons of time too properly do pretraining and training. Find local running club as well -- check out running store. Hydration: Sometimes when women are dehydrated their afi can be lower.  Typically if a woman hydrates and the afi is still low, then it's not due to hydration, but rather a placental dysfunction.  If you have high blood pressure, for instance, this can cause low fluid.  Make sure your doctor is keeping a close eye on your fluid and follow his/her instructions. In meantime, drink plenty of water!  good luck!
