Do u have to be less than 32 weeks to get an abortion?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

State laws vary: In most states you have to be less than 18-20 weeks, other states up to 24 weeks. Only a couple states have limited terminations up to 32 weeks and those are for usually lethal fetal anomalies, not elective reasons. If you're 32 weeks your baby would most likely survive a birth. Consider adoption if you're beyond 20 weeks.
