Mgt: Most uncomplicated viral illnesses should resolve within 10 days. If you have had a fever for more than three days or a prolonged course, I would advise a follow up visit.

Doctor can recheck: The seasonal flu is very contagious inside a group of people. Thus, in one family where all are sick, there is almost no way a baby (who requires care by others) will escape it. One can still try, meaning wear masks and wash hands before caring for the baby. A baby or toddler with persistent symptoms should be rechecked to see how his general condition is doing, and especially how the lungs are.

Happy baby or not?: If a baby always coughs after eating or drinking, he may have some reflux problem. If a baby is normally fine, with no cough, then a little stuffy or runny nose is usually a cold. Sometimes it can be allergies, and it can also be a strep throat. A happy baby with slight symptoms can be watched  a couple of days, and then see the doctor if not all well. The doctor might then do a strep throat test.

To avoid getting them, wash your hands frequently especially after contact with patients and surfaces that may be exposed to cold or flu viruses, such as counter tops. Talk with his doctor: His doctor may or may not recommend an ER trip. A 3 to 4 month-old baby is pretty young, so should be seen by his doctor to see what severity the cough is. "Closed chest" means different things to different people. If no serious problem is found, the baby may return home and be watched by his parents, but it is hard to assess a young baby's breathing without an exam.

Possibly gall bladde: Problems with your gall bladder can lead to gas, feeling full right away, nausea, and turn your urine dark.  However, they don't usually cause an odd smell unless you are having problems with the liver as well.... A bladder infection can also lead to the same symptoms.  Get seen soon, and they will likely check your urine and blood after talking to you and examining you.

While supine, if you have sleep disrupted breathing, the tongue may obstruct more so in this position. 
Avoid caffeine, spicy foods and eating less than two hours prior to bedtime. Mattress covers and keeping your sleep environment clean rec.

Catheters: Basically, the one that is most comfortable for you.  It is best to have the Foley catheter secured to the outside thigh to reduce traction on the catheter which can cause pain and/or bleeding.
