Too vague to know: Could be infections in origin or could be eczematous. Bring him to his regular doc.

Local antibiotic creams may help some but testing &amp; oral antibiotics may be needed.

Depends: How old is your baby?  The first few months of life babies can get many different lesions, most of which are considered normal and expected to go away if left alone.
