Next, some antibody goes to each vaccinated woman's baby fetus... but nobody can guess how much each baby has at birth. After birth, the antibodies decrease over the first 6 months.

: Twin pregnancies need all the oxygen that they can get from the mother/you. Although I am not your treating OB and unaware of your maternal history, now that you have discontinued the breath holding practice your pregnancy can continue without that as a concern.

Depo: it can take up to 1 year after the last shot for you to have a period. median time to conception is usually 10 months.

Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD. Not always: Some women have larger babies and some have smaller babies in subsequent pregnancies.

No: There is absolutely no risk/problem.

Confusing question: Babies are usually carried in a vertical position. Do you mean bottom first ? If so there is a chance that surgical delivery would be safer for a big baby. Yet you do have quite a while for baby to turn head down.

You could have an autoimmune condition called immune thrombocytopenic purpura- however, other causes have to be ruled out as well that would include pregnancy related thrombocytopenia, vitamin deficiency, other things. Probably not: If you have had regular paps before pregnancy and your physician does not think you needed one, then no. The new guidelines on pap smears are that they can be done every three years instead of every year.
