Foreign object: When a toddler places foreign objects (beads, tiny objects)  in various places (eg. Nose, ears, vagina) an infection may occur. Signs of infection are: odor & discharge (and possibly pain). It is best to get checked and get it removed. Hope she's better soon!

Estrogen Discharge: A vaginal discharge in newborn girls can be norml.  High Estrogen levels present in the mother, postpartum, cross in the breast milk and stimulate the infant.  As time passes, the high maternal Estrogen levels will decrease thereby removing that effect.  Infections can cause discharge as well so if that is a concern it is advised to have your daughter seen by her Pediatrician.

: There can be changes in females due to hormones in birth and hormones from mother.  Just clean things and keep an eye on it. If it keep happening or in anyway is worsening take her to a doctor. Shouldn’t be any fevers at that stage.

Pustules: Often, rashes with white dots are what we call 'pustules', which indicate either a bacterial or fungal infection.  Treatment is usually directed by appearance, which requires an in person exam.

Baby diaper: Diapers are fine to use. Once dirty wipe her clean and then use a clean diaper. No problems.

Maybe ingrown hair: Get her to leave her pubic hair alone and allow it to grow out. There may be a hair that is ingrown. Keep the area clean and apply warm compresses to attempt to get it to drain and if a hair is visible, remove it. If no success, visit her doctor for management. All the best.

Ask her pediatrician: Fine hair that cover babies is called lanugo and usually goes away by itself; but it is also uncommon at your girl age. I would not recommend removing it before checking with her doctor.
