Maybe ingrown hair: Get her to leave her pubic hair alone and allow it to grow out. There may be a hair that is ingrown. Keep the area clean and apply warm compresses to attempt to get it to drain and if a hair is visible, remove it. If no success, visit her doctor for management. All the best.
