There can be changes in females due to hormones in birth and hormones from mother. Just clean things and keep an eye on it. If it keep happening or in anyway is worsening take her to a doctor. Shouldn’t be any fevers at that stage.

Yes, this is very common. It is from the effect of your hormones (estrogen) on your baby. You may also see enlargement of her breasts. Have her doctor take a look at her checkup to be sure...it may even be gone by then, but can last a couple of weeks.
