Hydration: For any age including infants the key to avoiding constipation is good hydration. Infant's diet is predominantly liquid formula. Extra fluids in the form of water or fruit juices will help avoid constipation. This would several extra ounces of each a day in addition to the nornal formula.

3 meals and 2 snacks: A one year old should be able to eat anything that the parents eat, unless they have a known allergy or it is a food that may not be safe for them. The more variety you introduce at an early age, the better it is for your child. Include all the food groups with lot of colors and textures on the plate. Make sure it is safe and they are not allergic to anything.

After 6 months of age pureed vegetables & fruits (ideally organic) should be added- choose foods of all colors as each color represents different nutrients. Avoid gmo foods. A bit of turmeric can be added to the vegies.

Gender Selection: No. The only way to guarantee a baby's gender is to do in vitro fertilization and then test the gender of each embryo prior to implantation. You can try to filter sperm based on weight to select a gender but this method is not fool proof. There is no way to naturally encourage one gender over the other.

Fuzzy science?: Always think twice (or 3 times) when you hear "research shows strawberry is good for diabetics", "garlic is good for high cholesterol", etc., etc...  Ripe strawberries are delicious, and are good for everyone, in normal amounts. Fruits do have sugar, so a diabetic should count how much sugar he is eating, regardless of which fruit or food item the sugar is coming from.

Healthy diet: If you are asking for a diet plan for yourself, focus on eating a variety of nutritious foods and make sure to drink plenty of liquids to help maintain your milk supply. If you are asking for your twins, they can eat essentially anything you do.
