Normal infant stool: Water, yellow, seedy stool in infants can be watery and frequent and "normal." the diaper rash is due to chemical irritation from the stool and urine sitting on the skin.  The blood may be from excoriation or a mild fissure.  If your baby is healthy, feeding and growing nicely-don't sweat this.  Are you exclusively breast feeding? Check with you pediatrician for support.

Need more info: Do not know the age of the baby, what other symptoms may be present, whether she is feeding appropriately, sleeping too much, irritable, or other vital info.  Strongly suggest that you take her asap and be seen by a doctor to make certain nothing serious is going on, or at least call and speak with a pediatrician.

Dehydration : Watery bowel movements define diarrhea.  Diarrhea is usually a result of a viral gastroenteritis which most often resolves on its own.  If there is associated fever and/or
vomiting dehydration is more likely.  Dehydration needs to be treated.  Less commonly diarrhea can be caused by an inability to digest certain food elements.  This can result in malnutrition if untreated.

Virus/food reaction: The most common factor (with fever) will be an enterovirus (gut virus).Babies who consume foods their system is allergic or intolerant to will also produce diarrhea. Making sure the baby takes in enough liquids to support normal urine output is the main goal in treatment.

Possible: Viral infection usually does not last for more than a week. Your hunch may well be right and the lst thing you should consider would be to keep him off oatmeal (and milk added to the oatmeal).    See an allergist if problem persists and be sure to keep the baby hydrated well. (liquid with electrolytes).

Breast milk: is the ideal food for babies.  As such, most of it is absorbed in the GI tract, leaving little left over to form a solid stool.  Color is dependant on the type of food ingested, how fast it moves through the intestine and the overall functioning of the gallbladder.

Change in stools: Amount, color, frequency, texture of stool varies with foods, speed of emptying of the GI tract, medications ; supplements ingested, gut flora (unique for each individual), additives (like blood), subtractions (like absent bile), infection, inflammation, ; other factors.  If stool pattern has changed, is unusual for you, ; the change persists, or is accompanied by other symptoms, see your doctor.

Need much more: You don't mention your daughters age, general health, or any other symptoms she is having. Has she had vomiting, fever, pain? Has she been seen by a doctor at all yet? With only knowing she has had diarrhea for 2 weeks, would say monitor diet to include high protein, low dairy, no simple sugars and lots of water. Would recommend evaluation if this has gone on two weeks already.

Pancreatitis: The story of loose yellowish stools is sign of steatorrhea.  Here there is no pancreatic juice function to dissolve and absorb fat that can be measured by radioactive triolein. Also here is obstruction of bile duct .Steatorrhera not common with pancreatic Ca. More ilkely  pancreatitis  from common duct stone. Need ERCPand bx of pancreas duct and CAT scan of abdomen.
