Hard to say: Were they damaged in the accident? Do you go to the dentist twice a year to have your teeth examined and treated? If not, that may be your answer.. Neglect only allows underlying problems to get worse. See a dentist to determine if the last three can be saved to help support dentures.

May need to extrude: Take her to Dentist,he/she can take Xray to make sure the lateral incisor is just imbedded but not congenitally missing.
If imbedded ,the tooth can be Orthodontically forced to erupt in in it’s position .
If congenitally missing ,will need to wait till the age of 18 and replace the tooth with implant retained tooth .
In the mean time a retainer can be made to keep the space open and provide a temp

Twice : Twice a day is terrific, but the one in the evening before he goes to bed is the most important, since any food and sugars left on his teeth will also feed the bacteria that are there, all night long.

Possibly.: The 6 year molars, also known as the first adult molars, typically come in at ages 6 or 7 years old. If they are coming in at age 2, this is far out of the normal range. The very first thing i would recommend would be an appointment with a children's specialist called a pedodontist to verify that indeed, what you see are the first molars.

Making dentures as a replacement prosthesis is possible if a disfiguring osteotomy for cancer occurs.  There is no question that senior citizens on medicaid would benefit from inclusion of dental care.
