: Antibody persists for many years, often for life, for the large majority of infections, even if the causative bacteria or virus is entirely eradicated. Syphilis is not unusual in this regard. The exact cells producing antibody doesn't matter.

No risk, no worry: Sinus infections are rarely if ever caught from other people. The bacteria that cause them usually are normal bacteria always present on the skin and in the nose and mouth. Depending on the cause of your friend's illness, perhaps she is contagious -- but probably not for a sinus infection. Perhapss the most improtant issue is whether your friend has COVID-19. Get tested if possibly exposed.

Still not well known: This is a newly recognized entity, so  there is not much known about it. It is likely a precursor of chronic lymphocytic leukemia(cll) which as you know can stay in this stable indolent phase for many years. That is what you need to hope for. Unless it progresses, you do not need to worry about it for  a long time.

: Yes, indeed:  entirely healthy people can have such results. Why was CD4/CD8 testing done? Its main use is to evaluate cell-mediated immunity in people with other medical conditions; it is not recommended and rarely if ever done in outwardly healthy people. The most common use is to judge immune function in people with HIV, but in that setting is appropriate only when HIV testing is positive.

Yes they can: Any bite to the skin can get secondarily infected.  Best not to scratch the bite and use a topical antibiotic for a few days.  See your doctor if the bite is getting more red, swollen, and painful.

Wash w warm water ;: Soap. Common spider bites often don't need special care. Seek medical care asap for  fever, severe pain (can be felt at bite site ; possibly chest, back or abdomen); abdominal cramping /rigidness or ulceration of skin at site. She may need a tetanus shot (if she doesn't know when her last shot was or it has been &gt; 10 years). Also medical care for any signs of infection.

Systemic symptoms?: The # of white cells in the urine does'mt tell severity.  The most important thing is whether or not the infection has passed from a urethritis (end of the urinary tract), a cystitis (bladder infection), a pyelonephritis (kidney infection) especially if the organisms spill into the blood, or abscess.  Fever, back pain, low bp, fast pulse, ability to eat/drink are much more important factors.
