No: It sounds like you took an adequate dose of antibiotics. Often times you get antibiotics for what turns out to be a viral respiratory infection, not responsive to antibiotics. It's good that you don't smoke, so keep drinking adequate fluids (like water) and treat yourself symptomatically with Acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Be patient. It could take weeks to get better. If worsening see doctor.

1 yr old with wet cough and chest congestion, worse at night, no fever, vomits at night sometimes. on aerius & otirivin. should i give zithromax?

No: you need to see his pediatrician or an allergist, he might have bronchospasm (narrowing of the airways), which can be controlled by nebulized medicines, more important though is rest of history, environmental history, smokers around your child, etc.., good luck

Not much: Most OB's would not recommend many popular over the counter cold and cough remedies during pregnancy. It is best to check with your Doctor in the AM to determine if you need to be examined to diagnose a more serious Lower respiratory infection.

i am having a bronchial infection , & i am having inderal (propranolol) 20 mg  per day , should i stop it of i am having a chest cold?

Don't stop: It's never a good idea to stop any prescribed medication without talking to your doctor first.  Inderal (propranolol) should not affect a cold.  If you stop it, your blood pressure may increase significantly and could cause other problems.

Lupus: People with lupus have "proud" immune systems. Infections can be exacerbated in people with lupus because of this overactive immune reaction.

Bronchospasm...: This sounds like you are having bronchospasm for some reason. The chest tightness and mild cough, especially if dry, are signs of bronchospasm. The caffeine in the tea is helping to dilate the breathing tubes. If it continues or worsens, see your doctor to find out why you have it and to treat it more effectively. You may need a bronchodilator inhaler, for example. Good luck!!!

: COVID-19 screening is recommended. Three to four weeks is usually the point at which, chronic conditions associated with chronic cough are considered. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and fever. It is likely that if you have mucus production,that you may be contagious,but less so than early in the course.

COPD: It is easy to misdiagnosed with copd. Some patient diagnosed with COPD may have other causes of shortness of breath. X ray findings of COPD are rather non-specific.

Safe: But, it is not very beneficial.
