I am having a bronchial infection , & i am having inderal (propranolol) 20 mg per day , should i stop it of i am having a chest cold?

Don't stop: It's never a good idea to stop any prescribed medication without talking to your doctor first. Inderal (propranolol) should not affect a cold. If you stop it, your blood pressure may increase significantly and could cause other problems.
