No: After about 1 hour the stuff in your stomach has pass out of it. After 2 hours the pills have already broken down and have been absorbed. So I would not worry. 
However there is a small failure rate, even in without vomiting, and  if you have continued symptoms after a week see your doctor again.

Yes: Yes, if you take the same antibiotic repeatedly and close together, bacteria in your body can indeed develop immunity to it.

As Seen On TV???: Theoretically, the drug is 99% out of your body after five half lives (in this case 20 hours). The half life of azithromycin is a lot longer (36 hours; that's why you only  take it once a day). you'd have to fiddle with the diltiazem dose or choose another antibiotic. "You" meaning the doctor. Don't do this at home. Dangerous. And for just about anything there is an alternative to azithromycin.

Trachoma: Azothromycin given as a single dose is usually the treatment, dosing differ according to age, it doesn't instantly cure trachoma, and it would take few days for symptoms to subside, depending on severity of disease , at times other medications may be needed for extended periods (weeks). More important is preventing recurrence, so observing environmental measures / treating family members too

every time i take azithromycin i have a bad reaction. recently it made me feel like i was burning up and then i puked all over. is there alternative?

You are probably: allergic to it. See your prescriber to switch to another antibiotic.

i was tested for ureaplasma and was only giving one podwer dose of azithromycin. i feel like it didn't help much and reading online u need more then on dose.most people are successful on a longer time frame from 14 -21 days . what should i do.

Ureaplasma: Please tell your treating provider.  A single dose of 1 g azithromycin  can be used for treating Ureaplasma. However, longer doses or uses of other antibiotics can be considered like doxycline or  fluoroquinolones.

Not Recemmended: Prescription medications should not be taken with any alcoholic beverages as the effectiveness can be altered.  There are also dangers when medications are processed through the liver where the medications are processed causing higher or lower elevations of the medication in the system.

Nothing: Should happen.  They are two different classes of antibiotics.   Though there is risk for getting antibiotic associated diarrhea and/or C. Difficile  colitis with these drugs.
