How extensive?: Details matter. See a dermatologist. There is increased risk of other autoimmune disorders, especially Hashimoto  thyroiditis. Easiest approach is to relax and prepare to explain to others that it is not contagious nor due to anything you can control. You can use fake tan to darken the pale areas.

Ideally: Your skin should be reassess at most several months(like on the order 12 weeks).  Remember, there can be great variation in the nature of patients response(time wise), so do respond very quickly and some less so.  If you've been using this regimen since October of 2014, then it sounds like it's time to reassess your acne management regimen.

Possible: Pcod is a problem with hormone imbalance and Insulin resistance in women.  Hormones levels should be checked and medications can be given to help.

hi i am ayesha , i had a dnc 1 year ago , but still i have milky discharge with breast pain . can it be dangerous for conceiving next pregnancy?

See doctor: It's not normal to have discharge from breast if that's what you are referring to.  If you're referring to milky discharge from vagina, then that's normal and likely not dangerous at all for conceiving for next pregnancy.  Breast pain can be hormonal and cyclical, but should be discussed with a doctor, in addition to having a clinical breast exam to make sure no lump/mass.

alopecia aretha for 3 years now and only recently visited a derm. is it that i can have alopecia scarring because i have had it for so long without spontaneous regrowth within a year as usual ?

: Some people with alopecia aereata never regrow the hair.that was lost. I'm happy that you finally consulted a dermatologist who will begin treatment to determine whether you'll respond. He/she will also give you a prognosis.

Fasciitis: You should be sure you are healthy and get a Physical if you have not had one in awhile. If you are healthy then it could be plantar fasciitis which is irritation of all the ligaments in the bottom of your foot.  Wear a shoe with good support and perhaps a gel insert for added comfort.  Stretch the sole of your foot nightly by rolling it gently over a bottle or can.  Ibuprofen as needed for pain

How do you know: Unless you have had surgery to look at that you might think there is a lot of scarring but you dont know until you go in. You need to plan that out from a fertility standpoint and surgical standpoint. So you need to coordinate care with a fertility specialist who operates a lot and a general surgeon and possible a urologist if you have reason to suspect that much scar tissue.

Treatments similar: depends on a few other factors such as how malignant appearing the cells. age under 65 tends to be more aggressive. Invasion of other organs is a bad prognostic sign.
Without wide spread and bone metastases, the longevity is good, and a bit tricky to estimate it's effect compared to NOT having it.
