Fasciitis: You should be sure you are healthy and get a Physical if you have not had one in awhile. If you are healthy then it could be plantar fasciitis which is irritation of all the ligaments in the bottom of your foot. Wear a shoe with good support and perhaps a gel insert for added comfort. Stretch the sole of your foot nightly by rolling it gently over a bottle or can. Ibuprofen as needed for pain
