i was hit in the abdomen 2in below the center of my rib cage 48 hrs ago. how long would it be before symptoms of intwenal bleeding showed up?

22 hrs ago; too late: Punched? This area is unlikely to cause massive internal bleeding. If you have severe, internal pain, a ct scan would be needed to exclude pancreatic rupture, splenic rupture or liver laceration. Flex your stomach muscles and if the pain is present when tight and relaxed, it is likely from bruising of your abdominal wall. A car accident or significant fall would be more worrisome.

i have sharp stabbing pain under right rib cage (2 days) so bad  sometimes it takes my breath away. hx of bleeding ulcer (3). is going to er crazy?

Not at all.: it is possible that your symptoms are related to your previous ulcer disease, but there could be other possibilities also, which need to be sorted out. If your symptoms are severe, it is completely reasonable to go to the emergency room. See a doctor ASAP. Good luck.

Vaginal bleeding: You did not specify if pregnancy test was negative. Assuming pregnancy test is negative, fibroid uterus or pelvic masses can cause pelvic and abdominal pain with movement like sensation. Abnormal bleeding its also caused due to fibroid uterus. See you obgyn for ultrasound and physical exam.

could there be a connection between vasculitis and rectal bleeding/polyps? recent traumatic injury 5 weeks prior to rib cage, not sure if there is a connection there either. clear ct scan.

Injury mechanism: If the injury to your rib cage involved a possible injury to the abdominal area, you may experience GI bleeding as a result. From your description though, the intestinal vascular inflammation is probably not related and is a local problem caused by polyps. Your GI physician may be able to provide further information.

See your Doctor: Cardiac issues will have to be ruled out first, anginal equivalents may include symptoms like this, your doctor will then check for shingles and/or mechnical pain that can be reproduced in the office. The next step would be to consider, bruised or contused rib, without fracture (periostitis). More rare would be a subcostal neuritis which is usually very challenging to treat but there options.

Go see doctor: You must go to the doctor and have an evaluation. Although your young age lowers your heart disease risk, a cardiac cause of this pain has to be ruled out.

i have pain on my spine are middle of shoulder blades and close to my neck. and when i stretch to my right i feel pain in my back lower left rib cage?

Trigger points: Pain in the midline of the back or around the shoulder blades is usually muscular. Trigger points, fairly specific areas that when pressed reproduce or trigger the pain, are common and muscular. Levator scapula syndrome is a variant near the top of the shoulder blade. Good posture, avoid looking down at computer screens. Try ice/heat, nsaid's, and salonpas hot patches.

what should i do about my back? earlier today i hit the top of my head pretty hard and it pushed down on my neck . now j can barely move and there ispain shooting through my upper back and rib cage plus i have a headache. what does it mean?

You : You may have injured your head and neck when you hit the top of your head.  Sometimes this can cause bleeding in the skull or broken vertebrae in the neck. I would recommend going to emergency room or urgent care to be checked out.  Best of luck!
