Not necessarily: Not necessarily.  Alcohol in moderation ( 1-2 glasses of wine or 1 beer) a day should not cause you any problems.  Alcoholism or heavy binge drinking can sometimes lower your platelets (the cells in your body that help clot your blood).  Aspirin works by also inhibiting platelets, so together this could lead to bleeding problems.

Alcohol is moderate amount(1 or 2 drinks / once weekly) is safe provided you stay within your limits and not over- do it.

Not enough info: Use http://www.mdcalc.com/cha2ds2-vasc-score-for-atrial-fibrillation-stroke-risk/ to calculate your risk of stroke. Then use http://www.mdcalc.com/has-bled-score-for-major-bleeding-risk/ to calculate risk of bleeding. Discuss risk w/your GP. If CHA2DS2-VASc is greater than HAS-BLED score, then take stronger anticoagulant eg Warfarin or NOAC. If reverse, then aspirin. But be sure to discuss w/GP

Same time: Due to aspirin's effects on the platelets, as long as you take it at a similar time each day, the particular time of day does not have such a great impact.
 Control of other risk factors such as smoking cesstion and blood pressure control will also be expected to significantly impact the likelihood of future tia/stroke events.

i'm 37, third pregnancy,12 weeks,never had hbp or blood problems, but doctor recommended to take baby aspirin,i read is not safe,should i take it or avoid it ? would it make a difference?.i really don't want to but doctor was very pushy. thank you?

: This decision should be between you and your OB.  Aspirin has been shown to protect against pre-eclampsia/eclampsia and you can go go to pubmed.gov and read all about them.  Do you have a prior Hx of preeclampsia. Are you in a group more likely to get pre-clampsia and aspirin has been shown to decease the risk to the mother and baby?  Does it run in your family?  Discuss with DRs.

rheumatologist/hema: Depending on the specifics of your clotting problem and your medical history you should probably avoid oral contraceptives (increased clotting risks), and taking precautions for venous blood clots (avoid immobility for long periods, frequent stops to move around on car and plane trips.  Some women will be at risk for miscarriages. If clots, might need oral anticoagulants (warfarin).
