Yes: olive oil, canola oil to name a few. Most poly unsaturated oils are healthy fats. Saturated fats, from animal meat are less healthy as are oils that are converted to trans fats.

Fish and. nuts: Wild fish like salmon from alaska, herring, sardines, etc. And nuts like walnuts, almonds, and pistachios all are healthy sources of healthy fats.  Flaxs and chia seeds are also good sources.

Salomon: contains good fat, Omega 3, so it's good to eat.  Avoid transfats, those made by humans, basically chemicals that preserve junk food.  Omega 6 fats are found in vegetable oils such as corn oil, canola oil, etc.  We ave too much in our body already.  Look for Omega 3 such as in fish oil.  Peace and good health.  Ask your doc about a ketogenic diet if you have weight concerns.  Peace and good health

Not likely: The foods with large amount of trans fats are the baked and fried foods that are subjected to much higher temperatures.

Low carb/Good fat: You are on the right track. Talk w/your doctor about the food plan you are considering.  It is also called the Ketogenic diet wherein the body burns fat rather than sugar.  Good fats are good even though we have been fed misinformation about that.  No transfats. Peace and good health.

Yes: Most recommended seems to be b-complex. Tablets containing fish oils will probably be helpful too to speed up the growth of your hair..

Coconut oil: There are many, easy to read articles on the internet related to coconut oil. I don't think that is of much concern, and I would appreciate hearing from you when you have read a few articles.
