Probably : Prescription strength Advil (ibuprofen) is 600-800 mg three times a day, which would be the equivilnant of twelve 200 mg tablets in a day.  So as long as you stay within that itviscreasonably safe; but NSAIDs like Advil (ibuprofen) can potentially cause stomach and kidney problems and so there long term use would be better to avoid.

Extremely safe but..: I don't believe anything is "100% safe." one can die from drinking too much water and even excessive oxygen can be hazardous. Raw aloe vera gel is extremely safe but it is possible to be allergic to aloe, so i would not say it is 100% safe- but it is as safe or safer than any other drug or herb that treats diabetes. Good morning Sir: I'm not sure about use of clomid (clomiphene) other than treatment of infertility, didn't here of an off-label indication you are describing. Clomid in males ?'s: Clomid is used in males with low testosterone levels to improve testosterone production.  Results are generally positive for reduction of erectile dysfunction as well as resumption of "normal" sexual function.  These results are better in men less than 55 , and worse in those over 55 and with hypertension.

i have put xylocaine lidocaine jel 5% on my penis to stop pe. after two days i can't have hard erections. the tube of the jel was expired since 2013.

Topical Lidocaine: Do not worry about it being expired.  Do not use Lidocaine for PE.  Give it a couple of days to wear off and you should be back to normal, if not, then see your PCP.
