Probably : Prescription strength Advil (ibuprofen) is 600-800 mg three times a day, which would be the equivilnant of twelve 200 mg tablets in a day. So as long as you stay within that itviscreasonably safe; but NSAIDs like Advil (ibuprofen) can potentially cause stomach and kidney problems and so there long term use would be better to avoid.

Occasional use: of 400-600mg of ibuprofen is generally safe. If you go over recommended amount on label, you should consult your doctor.
