Platform shoes: If you entered puberty the same time as your friends and your bone maturity is that of a 19 yo there is little you can do to increase your height.A single x-ray of your left hand can be assessed for bone maturity.If 19, you are done growing, if bony maturity is more like 15 you might grow an additional couple of inches.There are no magic solutions if your growth centers r closed.

Depends on genetics : Your adult height is largely determined by genetic factors. Take the average of your parents heights and add two inches since you are a boy. You should genetically end up here, plus or minus two inches.  If you fall below that threshold, see an endocrine doctor for evaluation.

Genetically determin: The "average" height of the population depends on many factors, mostly out of ur control. For u, there is no "expected" height, &amp; it isn't a contest to be taller. Many ppl share ur height in the world. Depending on ur parent's height, ur growth trajectory (as a child) &amp; other conditions, 5'4" may be ur expected height. U may grow a few more inches, but not much more given ur age. Get used to 5'4"

149 - 188 pounds: It depends on your "frame" size, but height and weight charts are all over the internet.  These give recommendations, but if i saw a 6 foot tall guy that wieghed 149 pounds, i would wonder why?

Likely finished: Before you do anything drastic, have your bone maturity checked with an x-ray of your wrist/hand. This can be analyzed for your further growth potential. Most males stop growing taller at 16-19 so you are likely done. A fully mature bone study would suggest that.
