Usually, not ...: The presence of urate crystals in urinalysis usually means nothing important for average healthy persons, reflecting the degree of dehydration, the absorption and metabolism of purine which may vary and be affected by drugs, diets, diseases like diabetes, kidney failure, obesity, etc. In sum, it is commonly seen in urinalysis and usually not meaningful. i had my urinalysis test and the result was pus cells 0-2/hpf , rbc 0-1/hpf, epithelial cell are few, bacteria are moderate and a.urates are few. ?

Likely normal but!: No lab result can be evaluated separate from the patient.  What are your symptoms?  This result can be due to improper cleaning before the specimen.  If you have no symptoms have it checked again, and follow instructions for obtaining a good urine specimen without contaminants.  If you do have symptoms, whatever the lab result, get evaluated.  Some uti's, esp. if only in urethra, have normal ua's

i have diffuse alopecia areata from 14 yr.fully bald.now affecting eyebrows and lashes. im taking olumiant 4mg tab(working for now) and avate cream for brows but it sticks to browhair and hair fall out.how to clean my brows(even dove soap dries skin?

: Olumiant (baricitinib) is a Janus Kinase inhibitor that treats severe alopecea areata. Avate cream is a steroid cream (methylprednisolone). If the cream is too thick and tugs at your hair more than you want, assk your doctor for a similar steroid medication that is available as an ointment -- this may be more effective if you have dry skin.

Possibly: Both nylon and spandex are polymer fibers that are unrelated to natural latex, and by themselves should not causes a reaction in latex-sensitive individuals (people can develop a sensitivity to some of the chemicals used in their manufacture). However, some fabrics may include latex threads in addition to spandex fibers, and this may or may not be listed. Contact the manufacturer to be sure.

Not likely: They are no more likely harmful to your skin than anyone else's. Having said that, people with ad are more likely to develop allergic contact reactions presumably due to  a defect in the skin barrier function allowing allergens to penetrate the skin more readily.

Just saw a video: Of someone who used it.  They didn't feel any pain. I can't say i could recommend it, but looked like it worked fine.

is locoid (hydrocortisone butyrate) lipocream smart to use on an allergic rash?

Accepted Answer

Depends on cause: Knowing the cause of rash is helpful in determining if the Locoid (hydrocortisone butyrate) will help.  Locoid (hydrocortisone butyrate) and other topical steroids are good for non-infectious inflammatory disorders of the skin like eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis and allergic contact dermatitis.  However, fungal and bacterial skin infections will do worse with topical steroids.  See a doctor if it does not improve.
