Just saw a video: Of someone who used it. They didn't feel any pain. I can't say i could recommend it, but looked like it worked fine.

Thanks for asking!: Emla (lidocaine and prilocaine) cream applied over large surfaces can cause toxicity. It should be reserved for small areas of the skin.
