Unnecessary: Are you certain that your thyroid hormones are unnecessary? If so, please check one more time with your doctor to confirm that your thyroid is OK.
If so, regarding autonomic nervous system dysfunction I strongly  recommend you make an appointment to see a Psychologist. More often than not the Psychologist can help you control your concerns. Occasionally the Psychologist will refer you to Neurology.

Lexapro (escitalopram): Lexapro (escitalopram) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor and therefore may help increase the level of serotonin. Other mediators such as norepinephrine and Dopamine are altered but not significantly. Autonomic nervous system is regulated primarily by Epinephrine and nor-epinephrine so I am not sure if Lexapro (escitalopram) would work.  Tricyclic antidepressants seem to be a better choice.

LFT elevation.: Intermittent LFT increase associated with variety of illness most commonly non alcoholic fatty liver (or alcohol)  Also viral hepatitis, medications / drugs or exposure to certain chemicals. To be sure this can get complicated so should probably see doc to make sure you have been tested for the major causes before thinking about many, many less common things.

Depends on cause: Autonomic dysfunction has a number of causes, although sometimes the cause is unknown.  If it is caused by diabetes or parkinson's, then treating the underlying disease may help.  Otherwise, you should work with your doctor to alleviate the symptoms, especially the cardiac and blood pressure symptoms.  Hormones can affect the ans, but don't really cause the disorder.
