Germs, injury & OA: Germs, eg bacterial, specifically sexually transmitted diseases/infections cause pelvic inflammatory disease (pid). Muscle spasm in back is often due to injury. However, there are many other causes of back pain. Osteoarthritis is most common cause of hip pain but likewise, there are other causes, too. Best to go see your doctor for a complete evaluation.

i've tenonsynovitus since i went to uk, 2010 and i'm still nt recover. i'd back to malaysia, is it cause by overdo or the whether or autoimmune disease?

See orthopedist: It appears that your tenosynovitis has never healed and you should consult an orthopedic doctor to find out what can be done about it before further damages or scarring occurs.  Good luck.

Other causes: There are a number of conditions that can cause an elevated ANA besides Autoimmunitiy.  I could just be temporary.

i had the standard blood tests for autoimmune diseases (no symptoms)  all the tests came back normal except ana of pos 1.4.  should i be concerned?

See below: Close to 30% of patients will have positive ana. If you did not have symptoms of autoimmune disease, it is not clear to me why this was performed.  Odds are in your favor that you probably have nothing to worry about with you currently reporting no symptoms.

Auto immune disease: Though unlikely it is possible. There are many tests doctors perform as indicated by clinical features. It is difficult to presume what you ' mean by all tests' as there are numerous tests to evaluate auto immune disease . Many of auto immune disease tests are interpreted in conjunction with your symptoms and what the doctors find in their exams.

Unlikely: Autoimmune disease rare to be able to tell on MRI or ct.  You may see signs of the disease and then can infer possible relationship.

: You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Many: You can order a whole host of auto-antiboy titers but ANA is a pretty good screening test for autoimmune diseases.   Talk to your doctor about it.
