Yes: In later pregnancy the tissues of the navel are stretched. An inward  navel may protrude. Stretching of tissue could cause itching or discomfort.

Sensitive skin: I do not believe that is a common symptom.     It doesn't necessarily sound worrisome, though.   If you are worried still, see your obstetrician.

Painful belly button: This is completely normal. It should go away after delivery. If it becomes very painful or you get a fever then see your obgyn because it could be a small bowel hernia.

Your : Your symptoms could represent a few different processes. First of all you need to be checked for a UTI (urinary tract infection). Your doctor can rule this out with a simple urine test. On the other hand, you could be dealing with a vaginal/pelvic infection(bacterial, yeast, or even std). Lastly, you could be dealing with  ovarian cysts or even uterine fibroids (benign tumors of the uterus). There are multiple possibilities. I recommend a visit with your primary care provider or gyn for a complete evaluation.

4/11 had emergency appy, since i have a mass above the belly button incision that is shaped like a banana and hurts. i have gained 35 pounds and yet i cant eat cause i am always feeling sick/puking/diahreah/fatigue.i look 9 months pregnant.

You should: have that "mass" checked out by the surgeon who did your procedure!! ASAP!!! Sounds like you have a HEMATOMA (Collection of blood) due to the procedure.(A known complication!)

: You don't say whether the pain is vulvar i.e. external (labia, vaginal opening, etc) or internal, i.e. pain in the pelvic area and lower abdomen. The latter is potentially serious. External/vulvar pain is less likely to be dangerous. HPV infections do not cause pain of any kind, no worries there. See your doctor soon -- if internal pain, get care ASAP, especially if pain is worsening, fever, etc.

Vague question: There are many things associated with abdominal or pelvic pain. If you think you are pregnant, do a upt.

Other causes of pain could be, hepatits, gallbladder dz, colitis, appendicitis, gastritis, kidney infection, ureteritis, bladder infection, kidney stones, endometritis, pregnancy, endometriosis, abdominal wall spasm, hernia etc  and many more.  If you have a neg upt, see your doc to evaluate.
