Vague question: There are many things associated with abdominal or pelvic pain. If you think you are pregnant, do a upt. Other causes of pain could be, hepatits, gallbladder dz, colitis, appendicitis, gastritis, kidney infection, ureteritis, bladder infection, kidney stones, endometritis, pregnancy, endometriosis, abdominal wall spasm, hernia etc and many more. If you have a neg upt, see your doc to evaluate.

Have u been checked?: "stomach pain" can be caused by lots of things ; may indeed originate outside the GI tract. Further evaluation is in order before anyone can answer "what to do." your doctor will want to re-examine you as well as know the quality, timing, duration, exact location, ; associations (eating, position, activity, stooling, urinating) of your pain to better direct the next appropriate testing.
