Maybe: Probably better to wait until the asthma is under better control.  The vaccination can act as a trigger and the immune response to flu may improve off systemic steroids.

Great idea: Its a very good idea for your son to get the flu shot. All kids over 6 months of age should be immunized against influenza. It's even more important if your child has asthma or other chronic diseases.

Call doc. Tamiflu?: Discuss this ASAP with the doctor or clinic where your asthma is treated. If you were closely exposed to your friend and your doctor believes you are at risk of influenza, s/he may prescribe preventive treatment, e.g. with oseltamivir (Tamiflu®). They may also recommend influenza vaccination. For sure you need the flu shot next year.

my baby is 28 months & had a flu shot 2 weeks ago and today doctor give her tamyflu medication for her diagnosing she has influenza? is that okay?

Depends: It is certainly possible for a kid that age to get flu in spite of a flu shot 2 weeks ago. The shot may not have had time to build protection or it may be a flu strain not contained in the vaccine. Tamiflu will be effective if started in the 1st 48 hrs of flu symptoms, and less so if started later. Young kids also have more side effects. Since I have almost lost young kids to flu I would use it.

Virus trigger asthma: Probability is a viral infection, a much more common precipitator of acute asthma than bacterial infections. The flu shot only immunizes against certain "flu" strains. I suspect if you check with other parents of children in his class he's not the only one sick. Be sure he's taking his asthma medications and fluids. If not adequately controlling his breathing check with his physician/urgent care.

Partially effective: The fact that the illness was mild reflects that the vaccine was not completely ineffective.  The flu virus adapts year to year and the vaccine is modified to account for this, some years more effectively than others.

MAYBE: Every year a number of flu strains circle the globe and various sites keep track and report their activity. Vaccine makers pick 3-4 strains in early spring  to put in the fall shot, based on those with the most activity.Too many strains would weaken the individual strength against each strain.With luck, the vaccine will boost general flu immunity  enough to make it mild for those who get it anyway

Check with your doc: A seizure from a flu shot seems unusual. Are the doctors sure it was from that??  Someone like you would be at 'high risk' for the flu -so it would help to find out. There is something called 'chemo prophylaxis' that can protect you from the flu. Essentially that involves taking a medicine like Tamiflu if you have a real exposure. (Like a kid with the flu coughs in your face). It's worth looking 2

been feeling bad since flu shot.  now i have pneumonia and asthma (new).  been to dr. 3 times and not any better. female, 56 years old.  feeling depressed and fatiqued.

If : If you were diagnosed with pneumonia and you were treated and not getting better then you need a follow up x-ray. If an x-ray was never done then you need to have one. Honestly if you have seen the same doctor three times already and you are the same, then you may want to consider a second opinion. 
When you say you are not getting better, what symptoms are you speaking of exactly?I am curious about what treatments you were given and how many different antibiotics were tried.
