Quick: If the removal is done by laparoscopy, usually complete recovery takes about 2 weeks but some women recover even quicker. However you can resume most normal activities 3-4 days after the procedure.

Only your doctor: Can answer that depends how the surgery is done and what happens at the time of surgery please ask your doc , your doc will probably say no to travel 1 week later.

Eat low carb: The most important thing to do is address why a cyst developed.  Try some things on your own but it's also useful to work with a doctor that can do testing. You should first consider that you may be developing Insulin resistance and fix that with a low carbohydrate diet.

Unlikely /possible: While large ovarian cysts may put pressure on the bladder and make you go to the bathroom often this is less likely than a bladder infection.  First thing is to have a urinalysis. A pelvic exam should show if a large cyst or mass is there, and an ultrasound may also help.  There are also other reasons a bladder may spasm and cause frequent urination. Get urinalysis; if negative see urogynecologist

Depends on what : The cysts are and why they are there. If pain is a sigiificant issue i'd see a gyn doctor very soon for an opinion; if you are worried about fertiltiy issues as well see a re or fertility specialist.

Why ignore?: Why ignore the pain? Pain occuring monthly sounds more like endometriosis than ovarian cysts. An ovarian cyst is easy to diagnose by sonogram. Endometriosis can be harder to diagnosis. In severe pain cases a diagnostic procedure called a laparoscopy is often warranted.

Ovarian cyst: Ovarian cysts can and do recur often. As long as they spontaneously "disappear", no harm no foul. If the cyst gets very large, they can twist and cut off the blood supply and produce acute pain.

2nd time in 3 months an u/s has shown bilateral  ovarian cysts. but i thought only one ovary ovulates each month? r ovary hurts, cyst is 1cm.

Bilateral cysts: A one cm ovarian cyst is quite small and in the process of ovulation production both ovaries are stimulated and cysts sometimes forms. You are correct that ovaries generally alternate ovulation, but unless you have PCOS most cysts are benign and unilateral.

Ovarian cysts: Treatment of ovarian cyst depends on the size of the cyst. Small cysts usually are functional and will go away. But if cyst is bigger or getting bigger or associated with worming pain, surgery may be needed. See  your doctor for proper care.
