Do you get the pain after meals? nausea? vomiting? diarrhea? If yes, you need to have an ultrasound and maybe surgery. If no then it may just be muscular

Depends: It depends on the type of leukemia -- eg AML, ALL, CML, CLL, Hairy cell. In Rai stage 0 CLL there are no symptoms. In many others the symptoms can include fatigue (low RBC), infection (low or abnormal WBC), and bleeding (low platelets). It's like asking "what are the symptoms of cancer?". Not a single answer.
