Depends: It depends on the type of leukemia -- eg AML, ALL, CML, CLL, Hairy cell. In Rai stage 0 CLL there are no symptoms. In many others the symptoms can include fatigue (low RBC), infection (low or abnormal WBC), and bleeding (low platelets). It's like asking "what are the symptoms of cancer?". Not a single answer.

Depends: On the type of leukemia Acute leukemia patients present quite sick with bleeding brushing , fatigue and fever. Most of them end up in the ER Chronic leukemia in general routine blood work. Patients may not have any symptoms
